Manuscripts should be composed in the following page order (page numbering should begin on the first page of the manuscript):
First page: This page should contain only the title, the full names of all authors, complete titles of the authors’ institutional affiliations, a running title in 20 Chinese characters or 40 English characters or fewer, and the name, the institutional affiliation title and address (in both Chinese and English), and telephone or fax number of the correspondence author, who is the contact person. For English titles and running titles, the first letter of each word should be capitalized, except for prepositions, articles, and conjunctions. In the case of multiple authors from more than one institutional affiliation, specify the order of the authors (aside from the first author) by using superscript numerals on the right of the author names. An example is provided below in both English and Chinese:

Second page: This page should consist of an abstract with no more than five key words (in Chinese or English). English key words should be in lowercase.
Third page and after: This portion should consist of the main text, acknowledgments, references, tables, figures, legends, and a summary written in either English or Chinese.
Chinese papers should include a 400-600 word summary in English, and English papers should include a 300-500 word summary in Chinese. Summaries should incorporate the title, the full names of all authors, the complete title of the institutional affiliations of the authors, the abstract, and key words.
